The Trito model has been designed
for the application of labels on
existing packaging lines.

Its main characteristics are high
reliablility and precise labelling
(+/-0.5mm), thanks to the use of
step-by-step motors and digital
trigger box with microprocessor for
speed control, start and stop delay.
Provided with joint for application
from the top and on the side, max
paper passage 100mm, speed
30m/min and 60m/min.

Optional: up-and-over blade
(corner or front application),
alarm empty reel - broken paper,
encoder.

Labelling line constituted by a conveyer belt with variable velocity and
a basement with stainless steel monobloc. SYNCHRO version is
available with 1 or 2 labelling heads (Maximum label width:
100-140-190-230-260 millimeters. This is the ideal system for
application on cylindrical, oval and flat products. Electronic
management : PLC by SIEMENS with display TOUCH SCREEN for
the setting of the velocities and the variety of parameters, so to achieve
a perfect labelling. On the model Saturno Synchro the velocity of all the
components is synchronized with the one of the tape, thus rendering
really simple and rapid the format change.
