Portable Asset Tracking System

This easy to use system keeps track of all your company’s valuable items such as Computer Hardware, Laptops, Projectors, Mobile Phones, Demonstration Stock, Samples, Office Furniture, Customer Files and so on, allowing you to know exactly where everything is and exactly who has what.

After you have ‘uploaded’ your inventory into the unit simply scan the bar-coded items (labels supplied) for instant information (the serial number, its location, who is looking after it etc.)

When an item is moved or is entrusted to another employee simply re-scan the item and change the location or/and the employee details.

Data can easily be downloaded onto a spreadsheet (such as Microsoft Excel) and then sorted by product type, location, employee or even by the date and time the item was moved.
