The new RRC-250 and RRC-330 Reel-to-Reel Counting Systems brings you new convenience in a self-contained table-top Label Counting System using a pre-set counter. For applications where your maximum roll size is 250mm (9.8") or less, and your label width is 152mm (6”) or less, the RRC-250 is a great choice for your label counting needs. For bigger rolls, the RRC-330 accepts rolls with a maximum size of 330mm (13”). The optional built-in encoder allows length measurement and offers direct read-out in Metric or British & American Units.
RRC-250: Accepts roll with a maximum outer diameter of 250mm and 76mm core diameter (other core diameters available on-demand).
RRC-330: Accepts roll with a maximum outer diameter of 330mm. Take-up core is available both in Standard and Adjustable Core Holder. The Standard take-up shaft is available is 38, 40, 44, 70 and 76mm. The ACH (Adjustable Core Holder) accepts cores from 25 to 101mm. The supply core is supplied in both 40mm and 76mm (other core diameters available on-demand).
